Successful Women in the Workforce: Is it Really All or Nothing?

This article that I read talked about Erin Callan's point of view on the situation of women in the workforce. Her point of view was different from Sandberg's in that she didn't blame everything so much on the women as she did on the men. She was saying that women need to look before they lean in and that they also need a man who is willing to be stay at home and take care of the children.
